Customers & Marketing
Import, re-invite and clean up your customer list.
Campaign ideas, duplicating campaigns and campaign results
Use ready-made campaign ideas, reuse campaigns, pick tags and see the bookings each email brought in.
How guests manage their bookings
Customers who book without an account get a private link to view, reschedule or cancel.
Account invites and guest bookings
Invite imported customers to set a password, see who has claimed their account, and invite guest bookers to sign up.
Automated emails: set one up once and leave it running
Send a nudge after every visit, a welcome after a first visit, a birthday treat or a win-back — without touching it again.
Messaging customers and handling enquiries
Message anyone from their record or from a booking, and work through the enquiries that come in from your website.
Collecting and showing customer reviews
Ask customers for a star rating automatically, approve what goes public, reply to reviews and show them on your website.
Send an email campaign to your customers
Write a branded email, choose who receives it, send a test, then send now or schedule it — plus how credits and opt-outs work.
Import your existing customer list
Bring customers over from a spreadsheet — names, contact details and marketing preferences in one upload.
Re-invite customers to set a new password
Send a branded 'set a new password' email to imported or dormant customers — with a dry run and delivery stats before you send.
Backfill orphaned customers from old bookings
Turn bookings that only have a name and email into proper linked customer profiles, in one click.
