Campaign ideas
On Email campaigns, the "Campaign ideas for today" section shows groups such as customers overdue for a visit, lapsed customers, one-time visitors, recent visitors and VIPs, each with a count of customers who agreed to marketing. Click Create this email to make a one-off campaign with the matching design and list, then check it and send.
Duplicating a campaign
Click Duplicate next to any campaign to make an editable copy.
Choosing customers by tag
In "Who gets it", the Tags box lists your existing tags with how many opted-in customers have each. Click one to add it, or type a new tag and press Enter. Turn on Skip anyone already booked in to leave out customers with an upcoming appointment.
Results
Each campaign shows sent, opened and clicked, plus bookings and booking value. A booking counts when the customer books within 7 days of the email arriving; cancelled bookings and no-shows are not counted, and if a customer got several campaigns the most recent one gets the credit. Opens can be approximate because some email apps block or pre-load tracking, so clicks are the more reliable figure. Test emails are not counted.
Email credits
Each email uses one email credit. Buy more from Billing → Email credits; they are added to your account as soon as payment goes through.
