New · Estate & letting agents
One listing. Everywhere it should be.
Add a property once in BookAppointment and it appears on your own website and in a secure feed that Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket and Boomin collect — with every photo, floorplan and EPC. No re-typing, no separate feed bill.
How it works
Four steps, then it looks after itself.
Your listings, your viewings and your website already live together here. Portals are just one more place the same listing goes.
Add or import the property
Type it in, or point us at your current website or portal listing page and we pull the photos, floorplans, EPC, features and full description across for you.
Create a feed per portal
Choose Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket, Boomin or 'another portal', add the branch code they gave you, and pick which listings go — sales, lettings, commercial, land, new homes or auction.
Send them the address once
Copy your secure feed address and email it to the portal's data feeds team. They start collecting it, in the exact format they expect.
Never update twice again
Change a price, mark something under offer, add three new photos — the next collection picks it up. No re-keying the same property into four websites.
What goes out
The full listing, not a summary.
Thin listings get ignored. Everything a portal can display, we send.
Everything the portal wants
Up to 40 photos in your chosen order, floorplans, EPC, brochure, virtual tour, features list, tenure, council tax band and floor area — not just a headline and one picture.
The formats they actually take
BLM v3 for Rightmove, OnTheMarket and Boomin, property XML for Zoopla and PrimeLocation, and a clean JSON feed for anyone else, including your existing feed provider.
Preview before you send
See exactly what a portal will collect, and how many listings are in it, before you hand the address over.
Locked to your branch
Each feed has its own secret address, only ever contains your properties, and can be switched off or given a fresh address in one click.
Why agents move
Stop paying to type the same property four times.
Most branches key a new instruction into their website, then into Rightmove, then Zoopla, then whatever else they're on — and pay a feed provider on top.
- Portal-ready feeds included with estate agent accounts
- Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket, Boomin and any other portal
- Import your existing listings, photos and floorplans in minutes
- Viewing bookings, viewing notes and property stats in the same place
- Switch a feed off, or change its address, whenever you like
Honest about the bit we can't do
Rightmove and Zoopla only accept listings from agents who hold their own membership — that's their rule, and any supplier claiming otherwise isn't being straight with you. Your membership stays with you. What changes is where the listings come from: one place, in the format each portal asks for, collected automatically.
Not a member yet? Start with your own website and the JSON feed, and add each portal as you sign up.
