Names, phone numbers, emails, addresses and notes. Duplicates are merged, phone numbers are tidied into a format that texts reliably, and anyone who opted out stays opted out.
Past and future appointments
Bring available past and upcoming appointments from a supported export, matched to your customers and team. Public booking links cannot read your private diary; check the imported dates and appointments before changing your booking link.
Services, prices and durations
Available services, categories, prices and durations from a supported link or export. Treatwell treatment choices become separately bookable treatments with their own complete prices, durations and source team links where available — not extras added to a from price.
Staff, hours and holidays
Available team profiles, photos and service links from supported pages. Hours and holidays depend on what your source publishes or exports; review them before opening bookings.
Reviews and photos, where we can
Supported public booking pages can supply published reviews and photos. Source Verified labels are retained where provided; available star-only reviews can be imported too. A headline rating total can include unpublished ratings we cannot read, and some platforms expose only recent reviews. Only copy material you have permission to reuse.
Nothing you don't want
Review the scan and choose what to import: services, team, reviews or business details can be selected independently. Website drafts can be checked before publishing. Keep your original export and check existing records before importing again; not every import has a one-click undo.

Your customer list is one of the most valuable things your business owns, and it's covered by UK data protection law. We treat it that way.
We never ask for passwords
Only export files you produce yourself. If we need to see your old system, it's on a screen-share you control.
Import files are deleted
Once your account is live and you've approved it, the raw files we worked from are removed. Only the data inside your own account remains.

Export everything to CSV from your admin whenever you like. No exit fee, no support ticket, no waiting.
