Your full menu, including add-ons, options and how long each job really takes. If your old system named things oddly, we rename them to match how you speak to customers.
Staff, hours and holidays
Each person, what they do, the hours they work and any time off already booked in.
Reviews and photos, where we can
Anything you own a copy of we can bring across. Reviews left on someone else's marketplace usually stay there — we'll tell you honestly what can and can't come with you.
Nothing you don't want
You approve a preview of every import before it goes live, and you can undo an import in one click if it doesn't look right.

Nearly every platform lets you export a CSV of customers and appointments. We have step-by-step instructions for each one, and we'll do the fiddly part with you on a call if you'd rather.

We build your account
Services, prices, staff, hours, deposit rules and your booking page — set up to match how you actually work, not a blank template.

You check a preview and approve it
You see exactly what will be created, row by row, with anything odd flagged before it lands. Nothing goes live until you say so.

Go live and point your links across
We help you swap the booking link on your website, Google profile and social pages, and set up your own domain if you're on Pro or Business.

How we handle your data.
Your customer list is one of the most valuable things your business owns, and it's covered by UK data protection law. We treat it that way.
We never ask for passwords
Only export files you produce yourself. If we need to see your old system, it's on a screen-share you control.
Import files are deleted
Once your account is live and you've approved it, the raw files we worked from are removed. Only the data inside your own account remains.
Yours to take away again
Export everything to CSV from your admin whenever you like. No exit fee, no support ticket, no waiting.
