Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days, no card required. You can cancel anytime during the trial.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes prorate automatically.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export everything to CSV at any time. We keep your data for 30 days after cancellation in case you come back.
Does Starter include card payments?
No. Card payments and deposits are on Pro and Business. Starter is designed for shops that take payment in person and just need the online booking side.
How do payment fees work?
Standard Stripe processing fees apply (1.5% + 20p for UK cards) and go to Stripe. On top of that we take a small BookAppointment platform fee per booking payment — no platform fee.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on Pro and Business. We'll walk you through a simple DNS change. On Starter you get a bookappointment.co.uk subdomain.
Website, booking page, or embed widget?
You choose during setup. Get a full hosted website, a single hosted booking page you link to from your existing site, or an embed widget that drops into any site with one line of code. Switch anytime.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees, no contracts. Monthly or annual billing — cancel any time.
