Send an email campaign to your customers
Write a branded email, choose who receives it, send a test, then send now or schedule it — plus how credits and opt-outs work. · Updated 09/09/2026
Email campaigns are available on the Pro and Business plans (trials get a small allowance to try it out). You'll find them under Marketing, then Email campaigns.
Write your email
1. Click New campaign and give it a name only you see. 2. Add your subject line — this is what people see in their inbox. 3. Build the message from blocks: heading, text, picture, button or a divider. Use the arrows to reorder them. 4. Type {{first_name}} anywhere to drop in the customer's first name.
Your logo, business name and address are added automatically.
Choose who gets it
Only customers who have opted in to marketing are ever included. Narrow that down with:
- Not seen since / Seen since — pick a date
- Has booked this service, or Has seen this team member
- Spent at least an amount
- First-timers only, or VIPs only
- Tags you use on customer records
The number of matching customers updates as you change the filters.
Test it first
Click Send test and enter your own email address. Test sends never use credits, so send as many as you like.
Send or schedule
Click Send, then choose Send now or Schedule for later. Large campaigns go out in batches, so the count climbs over a few minutes. You can cancel a scheduled or in-progress campaign at any time — anyone already emailed will still have received it.
Credits
Your plan includes a number of campaign emails each month. That allowance is used first, then any credits you've bought. Top up from the campaigns page: £5 for 1,000, £20 for 5,000 or £60 for 20,000. Credits never expire.
Opt-outs, bounces and complaints
Every campaign carries a one-click opt-out. When someone opts out they stop getting marketing from you, but they still get confirmations and reminders for appointments they book. Addresses that bounce or report your email as spam are removed automatically and shown in your opted-out count.
What you can't send
Campaigns are for your own customers only. You can't upload a bought list, and we don't send on behalf of third parties.
