Padel courts: hours, peak prices and closures

All of this lives on the Courts page (Padel Clubs add-on).

Court opening hours

Courts follow your business opening hours by default. Turn that off to give courts their own hours for each day, such as opening earlier than reception or closing on Sundays.

Peak and off-peak prices

Add a price time such as "Peak, Mon–Fri 17:00–21:00, £32 an hour", for every court or a single court, with an optional member price. A booking that runs into peak time is charged per half hour. Customers see a small Peak label and the right total before they book.

Closures

Close one court, all courts or the whole club for a day or a few hours, with a reason. Customers can't book or move into that time. If courts are already booked then, you'll be told how many so you can move or cancel them.

Moving a booking

Use Move in the court diary to change the day, court or time. The length and price stay the same and it can't clash with another booking. Customers can move their own bookings from My bookings.

Online payment

Under Billing › Add-ons › Online payments choose pay at the club, customer chooses, or must pay online. Online payment needs Stripe connected. Unpaid places are held for 35 minutes, then released.
