Pet patient records

Owners hold a full profile per pet — species, breed, date of birth, sex, neutered status, microchip, insurer and vet contact, plus allergies, medications and behaviour notes. See "Capturing full pet profiles".

Vaccination tracking

Record vaccine dates against a pet and let the vaccination gate block bookings for services that need up-to-date boosters, with expiry shown clearly on the pet's profile.

Clinicians and consult rooms

Staff are labelled as Vets in this vertical, and appointments can be assigned to a consult room as a resource, so two clinicians can never be double-booked into the same room.

Recall reminders

Use SMS/email reminders and quiet hours to prompt owners ahead of boosters, checks and repeat visits without disturbing them out of hours.
