Class packs let a customer buy a block of sessions upfront — e.g. a 10-class pack or a monthly unlimited pass — and use them across bookings.
How it works
- The customer buys the pack from your booking site or has it added to their account by staff.
- When they book a class, a session deducts from the pack automatically.
- If they cancel inside your policy window, the session is refunded to the pack.
- Packs can have an expiry date so they don't sit on the shelf forever.
