Class packs and memberships

Class packs let a customer buy a block of sessions upfront — e.g. a 10-class pack or a monthly unlimited pass — and use them across bookings.

How it works

• The customer buys the pack from your booking site or has it added to their account by staff.
• When they book a class, a session deducts from the pack automatically.
• If they cancel inside your policy window, the session is refunded to the pack.
• Packs can have an expiry date so they don't sit on the shelf forever.

• Yoga and pilates studios selling class blocks.
• Personal trainers selling 6/10/20-session packages.
