How your services and customers sync to Stripe
Your services and customers are copied to your own Stripe account automatically every night. · Updated 26/09/2026
Once your Stripe account is connected, BookAppointment keeps it up to date for you.
What gets synced
- Services become Products in Stripe, with their current price. Services you switch off or delete are archived in Stripe.
- Customers on your customer list become Customers in Stripe, including people you imported or added by hand. Changes to names, emails and phone numbers are copied across too.
When it happens
- As soon as you finish connecting Stripe, your full lists are sent over.
- New services and bookings sync straight away.
- Everything else is checked every night, and anything that failed before is tried again.
Sync now
On Payments, press Sync now if you don't want to wait for tonight. You'll see the Last synced time next to the button.
