Online shop orders, delivery and collection
Sell products on your website, choose collection or delivery, move orders through each step and refund in one click. · Updated 12/10/2026
Online orders live under Orders, next to Products & stock. Selling products is on Pro and Business.
Start selling online
On Products & stock, tick Sell online on each product you want in your shop. Then add the Shop products block in the website builder, or link to your /shop page. Card payments go straight into your connected Stripe account.
Delivery and collection
Open Orders → Delivery & collection. Turn on in-store collection, UK delivery or both. Set your delivery fee, an optional "free delivery over" amount, and a note (for example your collection hours). Customers choose at checkout and give an address for delivery.
Working through orders
The To do tab shows orders that need action. Use the buttons on each order:
- Start preparing
- Ready to collect (collection orders) — the customer is emailed
- Mark as sent with an optional tracking number (delivery orders) — the customer is emailed with the tracking number
- Collected / Delivered
Cancelling and refunds
Cancel refunds an online order's card payment automatically through Stripe, puts the stock back and emails the customer. For counter sales, cancelling puts the stock back — give the money back the way it was paid. The Refund button on Products & stock works the same way. Card refunds take 5–10 working days to reach the customer.
On the customer's profile
Every order a customer places shows on the Purchases tab of their profile.
