Taking cash and bank transfer payments
Mark a payment as cash, or show your bank details for a transfer. · Updated 13/09/2026
Tap Take payment on an appointment (or on the Payments screen) and pick how the customer is paying: contactless on your iPhone, card, Cash, or Bank transfer. Tips work with all of them.
Cash
Choose Cash, confirm the amount, and the appointment is marked paid straight away.
Bank transfer
First, add your account details once in App › Payments › In-person payments › Bank transfer: account name, bank, sort code and account number (or IBAN), plus an optional note. Switch Offer bank transfer on.
Only you and your team can see these details — they are never shown on your booking site.
When a customer wants to pay this way, choose Bank transfer and turn the screen towards them so they can copy the details. Once you can see the money in your account, tap Payment received and the appointment is marked paid.
