Enable SMS reminders
Reduce no-shows with automatic SMS. Pro+ only. · Updated 01/06/2026
SMS reminders are sent 24 hours before each appointment. Included allowances: Pro 200/month, Business 1,000/month.
Turn on
- Go to App › Settings › Notifications.
- Enable SMS reminders.
- Confirm the sender ID (defaults to your shop name).
Message quota
When you approach your monthly limit you'll see a banner in the admin area. Contact support if you need a higher allowance.
