Quiet hours stop reminder and marketing SMS from pinging your customers overnight. Booking confirmations, cancellations and other transactional messages always go through — they're the ones people actually need in the moment.
Turn it on
- Go to App › Notifications.
- Toggle Quiet hours on.
- Set the start and end hour (UTC). Wraps around midnight — e.g. 21 to 8 means 9pm to 8am.
What's held
- Reminder SMS (24 hour and 2 hour reminders).
- Marketing / promo / digest SMS.
What always sends
- Booking confirmation, cancellation, reschedule.
- Password resets, security codes, everything else transactional.
Perfect for spa and wellness where the whole promise is calm.
