I provide Shop special hours under Settings › Hours & special hours.
Closed
Pick Closed, choose a start and end, and add a reason. No bookings can be made in that time.
Open with special hours
Pick Open with special hours to open on a day you're normally closed, or change your hours for one date. It replaces your usual opening hours for that day. Staff still need to be working, so set their hours for that day on Team › Staff rota.
Bank holidays
Quick-add closes Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day. Days already set are skipped.
Reminders
From six weeks before Christmas Eve and three weeks before Good Friday, your dashboard shows a reminder until you add special hours for that period or dismiss it. The owner also gets one reminder email per season, skipped if hours are already set.
