Group and family bookings
One reservation covering several people, each with their own service and team member. · Updated 06/09/2026
Customers can book more than one person in a single trip through your booking page. On the review step they'll see Booking for more than one person? and can add extra people — a child, a partner, a friend — giving each one a name and a service.
How the slots are chosen
- Your own appointment is booked exactly as you picked it.
- For each extra person we look for the closest available time to yours, preferring a different team member so the group is seen side by side.
- If nothing suitable is free that day, the customer is told which person couldn't be fitted in so they can book separately.
What you see
Every person in the group is a normal booking on your calendar, linked by a shared reservation reference, with the guest's name shown so you know who is in the chair. Each booking can be rescheduled, cancelled or paid for on its own.
Deposits
Deposit and payment rules apply per booking, exactly as they do for single appointments.
