Use your own custom domain
Point yourshop.com at your BookAppointment site (Pro+). · Updated 01/06/2026
Custom domains are available on Pro and Business plans.
Steps
- Go to App › Settings › Domain.
- Enter your domain (e.g.
bookings.yourshop.com). - Add the CNAME record shown to your DNS provider.
- Come back and click Verify — once DNS propagates (usually within an hour) your site is live on the new domain with an automatic SSL certificate.
