Add Google Analytics and other tracking codes

Where to paste your Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta and TikTok codes, and how cookie consent works. · Updated 17/09/2026

You can add your own analytics and advertising codes to your booking website without any help from us.

Where to add them

Go to Website → SEO → Analytics & tracking.

  • Google Analytics 4 measurement ID — looks like G-XXXXXXXXXX. Find it in Google Analytics under Admin → Data streams.
  • Google Tag Manager container ID — GTM-XXXXXXX. Use this instead if you manage all your tags in Tag Manager.
  • Google Ads conversion ID and label — AW-123456789 plus the label from your booking conversion action.
  • Meta pixel ID — from Meta Events Manager.
  • TikTok pixel ID, Microsoft Ads (Bing) UET tag ID.
  • Microsoft Clarity project ID and Hotjar site ID for heatmaps and recordings.

Press Save tracking codes. Leave a box empty to switch that tool off.

Site verification

The same page has boxes for Bing Webmaster Tools, Pinterest and Facebook domain verification. Paste only the value inside the quotes of the meta tag they give you.

Bookings as conversions

When a customer completes a booking we send a conversion event to whichever tools you've set up, so you can see which adverts bring in real appointments.

Cookie consent

By default, tracking only starts once a visitor accepts cookies on your site — which is what UK and EU rules expect. The switch at the top of the tab controls this. If you turn it off, make sure your own privacy policy covers it.

Good to know

  • Codes apply to your public booking website only, never to your admin area.
  • Changes take effect straight away — open your site in a private window to check.
  • Google Search Console verification stays on the Indexing & verification tab.
