Create your BookAppointment account

Signing up is free and takes about two minutes. You get a full trial of the Pro features so you can see how the system works with your own services and staff.

Steps

• Click Start free trial on the homepage or the pricing page.
• Enter your business name, email and choose a subdomain (e.g. yourshop.bookappointment.co.uk).
• Confirm your email and log in.
• Follow the onboarding wizard to add services, staff and opening hours.

What you get on the trial

• Full booking calendar with staff scheduling
• Your public booking website on a .bookappointment.co.uk subdomain
• Customer accounts and booking history
• SMS and email reminders (Pro+ plans)

You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel from App › Billing at any time.
