Cancellations, reschedules and no-shows
How the cancellation window works and how flags are applied. · Updated 01/06/2026
Every booking has a cancellation cutoff (default 24 hours). Inside that window the customer can no longer cancel or reschedule themselves — only you can, from the calendar.
Marking a no-show
Open the booking and choose Mark no-show. This increments the customer's missed appointments counter and, depending on your policy, may require a deposit for their next booking.
Late cancellations
Cancelling inside the cutoff counts as a late cancellation. Repeated late cancellations can also trigger deposit requirements.
Deposit policy
Set this under App › Settings › Payments:
- All bookings — everyone pays a deposit
- Flagged customers only — only customers over your no-show / cancel threshold
- None — no deposits taken
