Print QR window stickers (A6, A5, 80 mm or custom)

App › Window stickers creates print-ready artwork with a QR code that opens your booking page. Customers scan it in the window, at the counter or on a leaflet.

Choose a size

• 80 × 80 mm — the classic window/counter sticker.
• A6 (105 × 148 mm) — postcard size, good for reception desks.
• A5 (148 × 210 mm) — half-page poster for shop windows.
• Custom — enter any width and height between 30 mm and 400 mm.

Artwork is always generated at 300 dpi, so it stays sharp at whatever size you choose. Square and round versions are produced side by side (round stickers use the shorter side as the diameter).

Branding

• Your business shows your own logo and web address — best for customer-facing stickers.
• BookAppointment shows the platform mark instead, handy for pop-ups or shared spaces.

The small Powered by BookAppointment line at the bottom is fixed: it is always centred, always solid black and always in our own typeface, so it can't accidentally pick up your site font or a grey tint.

Print preview

Click Print preview on either sticker to:

• pick your paper (A4, A5 or US Letter),
• simulate a typical printer margin (5 mm, 10 mm, 12.7 mm or 15 mm),
• see whether the sticker fits the printable area, or how much it would be scaled down.

Then hit Print. In your printer dialog set scale to 100% and turn off "fit to page" if you need an exact physical size.

Downloads

• PNG — best for most home and office printers, and for uploading to print shops.
• SVG — vector, best for professional printers and vinyl cutters.

Filenames include the shape and the size in millimetres, so you can send them straight to a printer.
