Understanding your dashboard and reports
Read your key tiles — bookings, revenue, no-shows and more — and dig into the detailed reports behind them. · Updated 30/07/2026
Your dashboard gives you an at-a-glance view of how the business is doing; App › Reports goes deeper.
Dashboard tiles
- Bookings — upcoming and recent appointment counts.
- Revenue — takings from deposits and payments processed through the platform.
- No-shows and cancellations — a running count so you can spot trends before they become a problem.
- Tiles update live as new bookings, payments and cancellations come in.
Reports
- Go to App › Reports for breakdowns by date range, service, staff member and channel (which booking link or embed a customer came from).
- Use the channel breakdown alongside your booking links' analytics to see which of your QR codes, social links or embeds are actually converting.
- Export report data where available for your own spreadsheets or accountant.
Reports respect your staff permissions — team members without admin access see figures relevant to their own calendar only.
