Subscribe to your calendar from your phone
Add your BookAppointment schedule to Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook with a live-updating subscription link. · Updated 30/07/2026
Rather than checking the app separately, you can subscribe to your bookings as a calendar feed that stays up to date automatically.
Personal feed
- Go to App › Calendar › Sync (or your account settings) to find your personal subscription link.
- Copy the link and add it as a subscribed calendar in Google Calendar or Outlook, or tap Add to Apple Calendar to add it directly on iPhone/Mac.
- New bookings, cancellations and reschedules appear automatically — no manual re-import needed.
Admin/whole-shop feed
- Owners and admins can also generate a shop-wide feed covering every staff member's bookings, useful for a shared front-of-house calendar or a manager's overview.
Security
- Feed links contain a private token rather than requiring you to log in each time — treat the link like a password.
- If a link is ever shared by mistake, click Regenerate to invalidate the old link and issue a new one.
