Using your admin area on a phone or tablet
How the admin area adapts to small screens: the navigation drawer, wrapping tabs and card views for wide tables. · Updated 30/08/2026
Everything in the admin area works on a phone — the layout changes to suit the smaller screen rather than shrinking the desktop view.
Navigation
- Tap the menu button in the top-left of the header to slide out the full navigation drawer.
- The drawer contains the same grouped sections as the desktop sidebar (Bookings, Services & Staff, Website, Notifications, Billing, Settings).
- The header also holds your notifications bell and, if you're staff, a shortcut to your own dashboard.
Tabs
Pages with tab bars (Settings, Notifications, Reports) wrap onto multiple rows on narrow screens, so every tab is reachable in portrait — you don't need to rotate your device.
Wide tables
Lists such as customers, bookings, enquiries and services are shown as record cards on phones instead of a wide table:
- The key details are stacked and labelled.
- Actions (view, edit, cancel, delete) sit in their own row at the bottom of each card.
- On tablets and desktops the same data returns to a normal table.
Tips
- Nothing should ever require horizontal scrolling. If you find a screen that does, submit a support ticket with a screenshot and the page name and we'll fix it.
- Your public booking pages are mobile-first too — pickers such as Choose your team member stack into a single column on phones.
