Your own branded customer app

Your own customer app is a managed add-on: a fully branded app for your customers, published on the App Store and Google Play under your business name. It runs on your live BookAppointment account, so there is nothing to set up twice.

What it costs

£499 one-off for design, build and store submission, then £29 a month while the app is live. The monthly covers updates, store policy changes and new phone versions. There is no commission on bookings and no lock-in beyond the current month. It works with any plan.

How to order

1. Open the customer app page (linked from Pricing › Add-ons) and send us a message choosing "Branded customer app". 2. We design a preview from your existing logo, colours and photos for you to approve. 3. We build the app and handle the App Store and Google Play submission — typically live in two to four weeks. 4. You get a QR code and download link for your window, website and socials.

Good to know

The Business app (for you and your team) is separate and unaffected. If your BookAppointment account closes, the customer app comes down too, since it runs on your account.
