Add-ons: extras that add price and time
Attach optional extras to any service — with their own price and duration. · Updated 15/07/2026
Add-ons are optional extras a customer can pick when they book — soak-off, extra length, French tips, a scalp massage, whatever suits your menu. Each add-on has its own price and its own extra time, so the calendar stays accurate.
Create an add-on
- Go to App › Services, open a service and click Add-ons.
- Click New and enter a name, extra price and extra time in minutes.
- Save.
How customers see them
- After picking the main service, the add-on menu appears with prices and times.
- Selected add-ons add to the total price and the appointment length automatically.
Tips
- Keep the main service price honest — put the "with X" upsells as add-ons instead of separate services. It's fewer clicks for the customer and a cleaner menu.
- Use short durations for add-ons that overlap with the main service (5-10 min for a quick extra) and full durations for anything that genuinely extends the appointment.
