Charging different prices on different days

Set a Saturday or peak-day price and have it apply everywhere, including bookings you take yourself. · Updated 15/09/2026

Some services cost more at the weekend. Set that once and it applies everywhere.

Setting a day price

Go to Services, open the service and set the normal price. Under the day prices, enter a different amount for any day of the week — for example £15 Monday to Friday and £16.50 on Saturday. Leave a day blank to use the normal price.

Where it applies

The price is worked out from the day the appointment falls on, so the right amount shows in:

  • Online booking and the customer's confirmation.
  • Bookings you or your team add yourselves.
  • The diary and the appointment panel.
  • Taking payment, including contactless on your iPhone.
  • Your takings and customer-spend reports.

Changing a price later

Because prices are worked out from the service rather than frozen onto the booking, correcting a day price updates upcoming appointments automatically. Payments already taken aren't changed — refund and re-take if one was charged at the wrong amount.
