Packages and courses of treatments
Sell bundles like 6 laser sessions. A session is used each time the customer books a covered service. · Updated 12/10/2026
Packages live under Services → Packages. They're included on Starter, Pro and Business.
Create a package
Give it a name, the number of sessions, a price, how long customers have to use it, and the services it covers. For example "Course of 6 laser sessions — £540, use within a year, covers Laser full legs".
How customers use it
Customers buy packages online at /packages (or add the Packages block to your website), or you sell them at the counter. When they book a covered service, checkout shows Use my package and there's nothing to pay. If they cancel, the session goes back.
Keeping track
You can see every customer's sessions left on the Packages page and on their customer profile. Use Use 1 or +1 to adjust by hand, for example if someone walks in.
Gym class packs and tanning minute bundles keep working as before.
