Roles and permissions
Owner, admin, staff and customer — who can do what. · Updated 01/06/2026
Users have one or more roles:
- Owner — full access, billing, delete account
- Admin — everything except billing
- Staff — their own calendar, bookings, customers
- Customer — book, cancel their own appointments only
Invite team members from App › Staff.
