Request a feature
How to ask us to build something, and how you'll hear back. · Updated 05/09/2026
If something would make running your business easier, tell us and we'll look at building it.
Where to send it
- In your dashboard, open Request a feature in the menu, or use the Request a feature button on your dashboard.
- Not signed in? Use the request form on our website at /request-feature.
What to include
- A short title, for example "Deposit reminders by text".
- What it should do and where you'd use it.
- How it would help — time saved, bookings won, admin avoided.
- How important it is: nice to have, would really help, or blocking your business.
What happens next
- Every request gets a status: under review, planned, being built, shipped or not planned.
- You'll see the status, our reply and any updates on the Request a feature page.
- When it's built we email you what changed and how to start using it.
There's no charge for requesting a feature, and popular requests move up the list.
