Size, breed and coat pricing for groomers
Set base prices per service and layer overrides so a doodle isn't charged like a chihuahua. · Updated 15/07/2026
A base price rarely fits every dog. The pricing matrix lets you override price and duration by species, size, coat and even specific breed.
Set it up
- Go to App › Pricing matrix.
- Pick the service, then add rows for the combinations you want (e.g. "Large double-coat dog" or "Cockapoo").
- Leave any axis on "Any" to make the row apply broadly; the most specific match wins.
What the customer sees
- When they pick a pet at checkout, we look up the best matching row and quote that price and duration.
- If nothing matches, the service's base price is used.
Tips
- Start broad (small / medium / large) and only add breed rows for the ones that really are different.
- Duration matters as much as price — set longer times for double coats so the calendar doesn't overbook.
