Memberships, class packs and classes (gym & padel add-ons)
What the Gyms & Fitness and Padel Clubs add-ons include, what they cost and how to use them. · Updated 07/10/2026
Prices
- Gyms & Fitness add-on: £25 a month on top of Pro or Business.
- Padel Clubs add-on: £35 a month on top of Pro or Business, and includes court booking.
- You can switch both add-ons on for the same business; they work together.
- Your plan's normal card fee applies. There are no extra booking fees.
Turning it on
Go to Billing › Add-ons in your admin and press Add to my plan. The owner or an admin can add or remove it at any time; you pay a part-month amount for the first month. You'll then see Classes & members in your menu, and a Classes link (and Book a court for padel) on your website menu.
Membership plans
Go to Classes & members → Members → Membership plans. Set the price, monthly or yearly billing, a joining fee, a minimum term, unlimited or a set number of classes a week, a discount on your other services, and whether it's off-peak only.
Adding members and card billing
Choose Add member, pick the customer, the plan and the start date. You can freeze, resume or cancel a membership at any time.
To take payment by card, your Stripe account must be connected (Settings → Payments). Then open the member and choose Card billing to create a secure payment link — copy it and send it to the member. The link works for 23 hours; if it runs out, choose New payment link. Once they pay, the membership turns Active and renews automatically every month or year, paid straight into your own Stripe account. Freezing pauses the payments and cancelling stops them. If a payment fails, the membership shows Past due.
Class packs
Create packs such as 10 classes for £80 with a use-by period. Give a pack to a customer, and a credit is used when they're booked on a class. If the class is cancelled before it starts, the credit is returned.
Classes and waiting lists
Go to Classes, choose Schedule class and set the time, coach, spaces and how many weeks it repeats. Open a class to add people. When it's full, new people go on the waiting list, and the first person waiting moves up automatically if someone is removed — they get an email and a text to let them know. Use Here and No-show to keep the register.
Customers booking classes themselves
Your website has a class timetable page at /classes. Signed-in customers can book a space, join the waiting list when a class is full, and cancel before the class starts. Members-only classes are reserved for active members. Customers with a class pack use a credit when they book, and get it back if they cancel in time.
Padel courts
With the Padel Clubs add-on, go to Classes & members → Courts. Add each court with a price per hour and an optional cheaper members' price. The page shows each day's bookings for every court; tap a free time to book it for someone, or cancel a booking.
Your website has a Book a court page at /courts. Customers pick a day in the next two weeks, choose 60, 90 or 120 minutes, and book a free time. Active members get the members' price automatically. A court can never be double-booked. Payment is taken at the club — the price is shown and saved on each booking.
