Change or cancel your plan
Upgrade, downgrade or cancel — no long contracts. · Updated 01/06/2026
You can change your plan any time from App › Billing.
- Upgrade: takes effect immediately, prorated for the rest of the billing cycle.
- Downgrade: takes effect at the end of the current cycle.
- Cancel: your account stays live until the end of the paid period, then switches to read-only.
Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation so you can re-activate if you change your mind.
