Group classes, capacity and waitlists
Turn any service into a group class with a set number of spots — extra bookings drop onto a waitlist automatically. · Updated 15/07/2026
If you run classes rather than one-to-one appointments, turn the service into a group class and set how many spots each slot holds. Sign-ups fill the class to capacity before the next slot opens; anyone after that goes on a waitlist.
Turn a service into a class
- Go to App › Services and open the service.
- Scroll to Group class and tick This is a group class.
- Set Capacity — the max attendees per class.
- Save.
Waitlist
When the class is full, extra bookings are saved with a waitlist position. If someone cancels, staff can promote the next person on the waitlist from the booking detail and they get notified automatically.
Recurring weekly sessions
For clients who train every week at the same time, use Book weekly for N weeks at checkout to create a linked series in one click. Editing the series updates all linked bookings.
