Raising a ticket
1. Sign in to your account. 2. Open Support and press Submit a ticket (you'll be asked to sign in first if you aren't). 3. Tell us what you were doing, what happened, and what you expected instead. 4. Add the name or date of the appointment, customer or page involved — it saves a round of questions.
You'll get an email confirmation, and our replies come to the email on your account.
How fast you'll hear back
Pro and Business accounts get priority support with a faster promised first reply. Your support level and the promised time are shown on your dashboard and on the ticket itself.
Asking for something we don't do yet
That's a feature request rather than a ticket — open Feature requests, where you can add an idea, vote on others, and get an email when it ships.
What we'll never ask you for
Your password, or a card number over email. Nobody from BookAppointment needs either.
