Soft play: seasonal event tickets, live play-time countdown and card payments

The Soft Play Centres add-on has three big additions.

Seasonal event tickets

Under Soft play → Sessions → Seasonal event, give the event a name, such as Santa's Grotto, Pumpkin Patch or Easter Egg Hunt. Choose the first and last dates, the days of the week and your time slots, and every slot is created with its own headcount limit. Parents see the event at the top of your booking page and book it with the same QR ticket and Apple Wallet pass as normal play. There are no booking fees for parents.

Card payments and party deposits

You can take play ticket payments at the door, let parents choose, or ask for payment online. For parties you can take a deposit or the full amount. Places are held while the parent pays and are released if they don't finish.

A live countdown of play time

Once a family is checked in, their ticket shows how much play time is left. You can also switch on an email or text that tells parents their time is nearly up. Your team can see every group on the floor, add 30 minutes or check a group out.
