Book several activities in one basket

Families visiting an attraction rarely do just one thing. They might book soft play at 10am, then the farm and the splash pad after lunch. The booking page now has a basket for this.

How it works

Visitors pick an activity, a time and their tickets, then choose Add to basket. The basket stays on the right of the page as they carry on browsing. They can add up to eight activities and times, remove anything, and check out once.

One payment, one email

Name, email, rules of play and "pay now or at the door" are filled in once for the whole basket. There's one card payment for everything, one confirmation email listing every ticket, and a page with a QR ticket for each activity.

Linked activities

If an activity needs another ticket, for example a splash pad inside a wildlife park, both can go in the same basket and are booked together. The basket reminds visitors when the main ticket is missing.

Nothing half-booked

Every time slot still has its own capacity check, and places already in the basket count towards what's left. If one activity sells out while a visitor is checking out, nothing in the basket is booked, so they can adjust and try again.

Extras for the right tickets

Extras such as animal feed can now be linked to the ticket groups they're for, so they only appear when they're relevant.
