Set up parties the way you actually sell them: price per child, whole-venue hire, fixed party times, deposits and weekday offers. Plus a book-online discount for tickets.

I've rebuilt party packages for soft play centres and attractions so they match how venues really sell parties.
Party rooms or the whole venue
Each package is now either a party in one of your rooms, or exclusive hire of the whole venue. Venue hire blocks every room at once, and shared parties can't be booked while the venue is hired out.
Priced the way you sell it
Set a price per child, a price per adult, a venue hire fee and a deposit. Add minimum and maximum children, fixed party times such as 9–11am and 2–4pm, the days a package runs and which rooms it can use. The price families pay is worked out from how many children are coming.
Special offers
Add an offer such as a weekday promotion: pick the days, lower the minimum number of children or the venue fee, and write the bullet points. The new prices and minimums apply automatically on those days, and the offer shows on your website.
Cheaper when you book online
Set a book-online discount for tickets. Your ticket prices stay as the door price; online bookings are charged less, and walk-ins added at the desk pay the door price. You can show the door price crossed out and a banner saying entry isn't guaranteed without booking.
On your website
Add the new Party packages block and the Book-online discount banner from the website builder. Both update automatically from your settings.
