Turn on two-factor authentication (2FA)
Add an authenticator app as a second login step to protect your account. · Updated 30/07/2026
Two-factor authentication adds a second step to logging in — a 6-digit code from an authenticator app — so your account stays protected even if your password is ever compromised.
Turn it on
- Go to App › Account › Security (or your account settings if you're a customer).
- Click Enable two-factor authentication.
- Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, etc.) — or enter the secret key manually.
- Enter the 6-digit code shown in your app to confirm and finish enrolment.
Logging in with 2FA on
After entering your password, you'll be asked for the current code from your authenticator app on a dedicated verification screen.
Losing access
If you lose access to your authenticator app, contact support to verify your identity and reset 2FA on your account — keep this in mind before uninstalling your authenticator app or resetting your phone.
Recommended for
Owners, admins and anyone with access to payments or customer data should turn this on — it's a five-minute setup that meaningfully reduces account takeover risk.
