Party packages, venue hire, offers and book-online discounts
Price parties per child, offer whole-venue hire, add weekday offers and make online tickets cheaper than the door. · Updated 22/10/2026
Open Tickets & door → Parties & rooms.
Rooms
Add each party room with how many children it holds, e.g. Downstairs 20 and Upstairs 30. Each room hosts one party at a time.
Packages
Add a package and choose Party room (shared, books one free room) or Venue hire (exclusive, blocks every room). Click a package to set the price per child and per adult, venue hire fee, deposit, minimum and maximum children, fixed party times, the days it runs, which rooms it can use and what extras it includes. Families see only times and days that fit, and the price is worked out from the number of children. The deposit is taken online when you take card payments; for venue hire with no deposit set, the venue fee is taken at booking. Adults are paid on the day.
Special offer
Turn on the special offer, choose the days, and set a lower minimum or venue fee. It applies automatically to venue-hire packages, or only to the packages you pick.
Every party includes
List what comes with every party; it shows above your packages.
Book-online discount
Your ticket prices are the door price. Set a percentage and online bookings are charged that much less; walk-ins added at the desk pay the door price. Switch on the crossed-out price and banner to tell visitors.
On your website
In the website builder add Party packages and Book-online discount banner. Both update from these settings.
