Switching booking systems? We'll move your data for free

Moving from Treatwell, Fresha, Booksy, Square, Phorest or a paper diary? Send us your export and we'll rebuild it here — customers, appointments, services and staff — free, without closing your diary for a day.

Changing booking system is the thing people put off for years, and it's almost always for the same reason: the fear of losing the customer list. So we've made it our job, not yours.

We move it for you, free

Tell us which system you're on now and send us the export it gives you. We bring across your customer list, your past and future appointments, your service menu with prices and durations, and your team with their hours and holidays. There's no charge for it, however long your list is.

Along the way we clean things up: duplicate customers merged, phone numbers tidied so text reminders actually arrive, and services renamed to match how you describe them to customers.

Nothing goes live until you've seen it

You get a preview of every row we're about to create, with anything odd flagged. Approve it and it lands; change your mind and it's undone in one click. Your old system keeps taking bookings the whole time, and we re-import anything booked in the meantime just before you switch your links over.

We never ask for your passwords

We only work from export files you produce yourself. If a platform makes exporting genuinely awkward, we'll walk you through it on a screen-share so the login never leaves your hands. Once you're live and happy, the files we worked from are deleted.

Ask us while you're signing up

The sign-up wizard now asks whether you're moving from somewhere else. Pick your current system, add a line about what you've got, and we'll be in touch about the files we need — usually live the same day.

Read the full detail on the switching page, or start your free trial and mention who you're leaving.
