Set one email up once and it keeps going — a nudge a few weeks after every visit, a welcome after a first visit, a birthday treat and a gentle win-back.

The best marketing email is the one you never have to remember to send. From today you can set one up once and leave it running.

Four ready-made automations

Open Marketing → Automated emails and pick one to start from:

  • Time for your next visit — goes out a set number of days after every completed appointment
  • Welcome — goes out a few days after somebody's very first visit
  • Birthday treat — goes out a chosen number of days before their birthday, once a year
  • We miss you — goes out when a customer's last visit was a while ago, and again only if they come back and lapse again

Each one arrives with a subject line and wording you can change, or start from scratch with your own.

You choose the timing

Set the number of days and the time of day. The wording is yours — headings, paragraphs, a photo and a booking button — with a live preview beside it.

Nobody gets the same email twice

Every send is recorded before it goes out, so the same customer is never emailed twice for the same appointment, birthday or lapse. A live count on the page shows how many people are due today before you switch anything on, and you can send yourself a test first.

The same fair rules as campaigns

  • Only customers who agreed to marketing are ever included
  • Every email carries a one-click opt-out, and opt-outs are respected everywhere
  • Sends come out of your monthly email allowance first, then your email credits
  • If you run out of credits the automation pauses itself and tells you why
  • Appointment confirmations and reminders are untouched — those always go out

Automated emails are included on plans with email marketing, and everything stays inside your own business.
