Reviews win you the next customer
Most people choose where to book on the strength of what other people said. Asking for reviews by hand is the bit that always slips, so we've built it in. Reviews are included on every plan.
It asks for you
Turn on automatic requests under Marketing → Reviews. A few hours after an appointment is marked finished, the customer gets a short branded email with five stars to tap. If they don't get round to it, one polite reminder follows — and that's the end of it.
You stay in control
- Publish automatically, or hold every review for approval.
- Only publish automatically from 4 stars up, and read anything lower yourself first.
- Reply publicly to any review in your own words.
- Pin your best reviews to the top, hide anything unfair, delete anything abusive.
Show them off
Add a Reviews section to your BookAppointment website in the Website builder — it shows your live average, star ratings and your replies. Running your own site elsewhere? Copy the one-line embed from the Reviews page and paste it in.
And a nudge to Google
When someone rates you highly, we can point them straight at your Google review page, so the same good word helps you in search too. Set your Google link under Website → Contact & socials.
