Articles, reviews and clearer search details for your website
Articles are easier to reach from the website builder, enabled Articles and Reviews pages appear in the footer, and search engines receive accurate business and review details.
By BookAppointment

Your website content should be easy for customers to find and clear for search engines to understand. This update improves both without changing your published wording or design.
Articles are easier to manage
Website builder now has an Articles shortcut beside Pages. It takes you straight to the place where you can switch your Articles page on, choose its menu name, write posts and publish them.
Your public Articles list and every article already use your website colours and typography. When Articles are enabled, the page is now also added to your footer automatically. If you already added it yourself, it is not duplicated.
Reviews stay visible
When your public Reviews page is enabled, its footer link is kept automatically too. Published reviews linked to verified appointments now provide their real score and review count to search engines.
No rating is invented and hidden or unpublished reviews are never included.
More accurate business details
Search engines no longer receive a generic hair-salon label for every tenant. Barber shops, salons, spas, dentists, vets, estate agents and other supported businesses are described using the closest accurate business type, with a safe general business type where no exact category exists.
BookAppointment's industry pages now also identify the booking and business-management service they describe.

More updates
Reviews customers can trust — verified visits, your own reviews page and a review link
Customers now leave reviews from their account and pick the visit they're reviewing, so it's marked as a verified appointment. Every business also gets its own reviews page, a shareable review link with QR code, and far more control over how reviews look on the website.
