Moving from a marketplace booking page is now much more complete.

Your team and reviews

Paste your Treatwell page link and you can bring across available team members with their photos and titles, your About text, and the reviews the platform publishes. Reviews Treatwell marks as Verified review stay verified on your website. Reviews are linked to the team member and treatment where they can be matched, and re-imports skip duplicates. Published ratings without a comment can also come across when the source supplies them; a headline rating total may include unpublished ratings that cannot be read.

A website written for your business

New websites now start with copy written for your customers and your type of business: a proper headline, why people choose you, an About section, helpful questions and answers, and a booking banner, all using your business name. Real customer reviews replace example quotes. Everything can be edited or removed in the website builder.

Photos for every service

On Services, Create missing photos makes a photo for every service that doesn't have one, in the style you choose. Each one gets a description written from the service details first, which you can edit.

Keep your old web addresses

When you move your website across, pages keep their original addresses (such as /animals/meerkat or /news) and their search titles and descriptions. If you ever change a page address, you can tick a box to send the old address to the new one automatically.

Find the right business type

During sign-up you can paste your website or booking page and we'll suggest the best business type for you.
