I've improved two details that matter when moving an established business across: the choices customers book and the news they read.
Every treatment choice, not just a from price
Treatwell treatments can contain several alternatives. IPL hair removal, for example, might offer a chin treatment for £30 and a full-leg treatment for £130. I now bring each available choice across as a separately bookable treatment with its own complete price, duration and source team links where available. These are alternatives, not extras charged on top of a base price.
The import preview shows each choice before you proceed. Importing again skips choices already present and can restore choices omitted by an earlier import while keeping the original first treatment's booking history and photo.
News that customers can browse
Website news imports retain category tags, article text, emphasis and inline pictures. Customers can filter your news by category and open each article on your own website. Article pages include latest news and categories, with the right-hand panel staying visible while scrolling on computers and moving below the article on phones.
Check the source before publishing
These improvements apply to the shared import tools. What can be brought across still depends on what the source platform publishes; private account data and unpublished ratings require another transfer method. I recommend checking the preview against your old page before publishing.
