Multiple locations, customer log-ins and priority support
Run more than one branch from one account: add each location with its own address and team, and customers pick the branch when they book.
By BookAppointment

Three of the biggest things people asked us for are now live: running more than one branch, customer log-ins with one-tap rebooking, and a faster promised reply on support.
Multiple locations
- Add every branch with its own name, address, phone and email, and mark one as your main branch.
- Choose which team members work at each branch. Anyone you don't assign is treated as working everywhere.
- Customers booking online choose the branch first, then only see the team who actually work there and their real availability.
- Your bookings list and calendar have a location filter, and when you add a booking by hand you can record which branch it's for.
Customer log-ins and rebooking
Customers who sign in see every appointment they've made with any business using BookAppointment, and can rebook the same service with the same person in one tap.
Priority support
Pro and Business accounts now get a faster promised first reply. You'll see your support level and the promised time on your dashboard and on the ticket you raise, and our queue puts those tickets first.
How to switch it on
- Sign in and open Locations under Services & staff.
- Add each branch, fill in the address and contact details, and tick the team who work there.
- Mark your busiest branch as the main one — that's the branch customers see selected first.
Multiple locations and the API are on the Business package; customer log-ins are on every package.
