Honest packages: every listed feature is real, and plans are configurable
We audited every package on the pricing page and removed anything that wasn't genuinely built — then made sure what is listed is properly enforced across the app.
By BookAppointment
We've tidied up our packages so what you see on the pricing page is exactly what you get — nothing aspirational, nothing coming soon.
What changed
- Anything that wasn't genuinely built has been removed from the package lists: multi-location, API access and webhooks, priority support and customer log-ins.
- The lists now show the features that really work: card payments and deposits, SMS reminders, your own domain, the full website builder, the embeddable booking widget, enquiry and valuation forms, waitlist with automatic cancellation fills, bookings and revenue reports, revenue by service and team member, CSV exports, the in-person card reader with Tap to Pay, and ID & age verification.
- What your package unlocks is now checked properly in the dashboard and on our servers, so a feature listed on your plan always works, and one that isn't included is clearly marked with an upgrade option instead of half-working.
Why it matters
Choosing software is hard enough without a features list that overpromises. If it's on your package it works today; if it's not, it's on our public ideas board where you can vote for it.
How to check what you have
- Sign in and open Billing in your dashboard.
- Your current package is highlighted, with a tick beside everything it includes.
- Anything greyed out shows which package unlocks it — upgrading takes effect straight away.
Missing something you'd pay for? Tell us on the ideas board and we'll email you the day it's built.
Want something we haven't built?
Tell us what would help your business. Every idea lands on our public board where other businesses can back it — and we email you the day it's live.
