Sunbeds
Add each bed on Sunbeds & minutes. Then edit each sunbed service under Services, switch on "Sunbed session (no staff needed)" and enter the minutes on the bed. Customers just pick a time; a free bed is chosen for them.
Spray tans
Leave spray tans as normal services so customers choose a team member.
Minute bundles
Create bundles (e.g. 60 minutes for £45) on Sunbeds & minutes. Customers buy them on your website's Minutes page by card once Stripe is connected under Payments; the money goes straight to your Stripe account. Sold one at the counter? Add it to the customer and tick "paid at the counter" so it counts in your income.
Income
Minute sales show on your dashboard and on Sunbeds & minutes (online and counter, this month and all time). Refunds made in Stripe are taken off automatically.
Safety
Sunbed customers must be 18 or over, and the system won't book two sunbed sessions within 24 hours for the same customer.
Add Minutes to your menu
In Website › Menu add a link to /minutes so customers can find the bundles.
