Setting up a soft play centre

Add-on
Soft play features need the Soft Play Centres add-on (£35/month) on Pro or Business. It's included during your free trial.
Ticket types and rules
Go to Classes & members → Soft play & door → Tickets & rules. Add under 1s, toddler, child and adult tickets with their prices, and choose whether each counts towards the headcount. Write the rules of play parents must agree to.
Sessions
In the Sessions tab add a session with its times, headcount limit and wristband colour, and repeat it weekly for up to 26 weeks.
Parents booking
Parents book at /play on your website ("Book play" is added to your menu). They get a QR ticket by email and on screen, and iPhone users can add it to Apple Wallet.
At the door
Open the Door scanner tab on a tablet. Scan with the camera or a barcode reader to check families in, see what's still to pay and which wristband to give.
